Good morning!!! Woke up at 11.20am today! Althought I'm really tired... but I have to have a good habit. Slept only 6 hours... sure will get tired easily to9. :)
12.05pm took 3nos of TRA Complex and Duolean with lots of water.
I haven't brush teeth. .. hehehehe
1.54pm took my first meal... I'm 1.5 hours late!!! Oh no!!!!
2.15pm took 1 LIFE PACK
Went to visit gynae with him. Im so happy that today is my ovulation!!! My eggs and 子宫 are all healthy and ready to make babies... I hope he will make baby with me and 2 weeks later we can have good news.
6.45pm took 3nos of TRA Complex and Duolean
7.20pm arrived at Nandos and made our order... he left me here alone and went shopping. So sad... :(
7.36pm took my second meal
8.10pm took 1 LIFE PACK
12.15am took Trim Shake
12.45am took 6nos of Diene-o-lene
Very important night but failed.
