IWoke up 9.10am this morning, cooked my breakfast before going out to work. The haze today is really bad... making me feel sick.
9.30am took 3nos of TRA Complex and Duolean
10am had breakfast
10.30am took 1 LIFE PACK
Went to work...
12.30pm took 3nos of TRA Complex and Duolean
1pm took lunch
1.45pm took 1 LIFE PACK
Reach home at 4pm... but he is not home. Quarrel again and he hurt me alot this time... I cried and cried till im feeling blind. Feel tired now and sleepy and hungry. 6pm I shall nap before I have my trimshake.
8pm took Trim Shake
8.45pm took 6nos of Diene - o - lene
Felt hungry at about 12plus... :(
Slept at 2plus
